Handcrafted products may contain minor irregularities that are natural characteristics of handmade artistry and should not be considered defects.

• In the event of a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory limitations, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
• Processing times may be extended during festive seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods.
• Custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Shipping Timeline

• Domestic Delivery (India): 5–10 Business Days
• International Delivery: 10–20 Business Days
