Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on selected products within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused
  • Tags are intact
  • Original packaging is maintained

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Sale/discounted items
  • International orders (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share clear images/videos
  • Our team will verify and initiate replacement/refund

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exchange Policy

At Shagufaah, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges on selected products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags are intact
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged, stained, or altered

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products purchased during clearance events
  • International orders (unless defective)

3. Size Exchanges

If the size does not fit:

  • You may request a size exchange subject to availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for:
    • Store credit
    • Exchange for another product of equal value

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at Shugufaah@gmail.com
  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Share the reason for the exchange
  4. Attach clear images of the product

Once approved, we will guide you with return instructions.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on location.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply and will be informed during approval.

Shagufaah is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier service.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective piece
  • An incorrect product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange.

7. Store Credit Option

  • If the new item costs more → customer pays the difference
  • If it costs less → balance will be issued as store credit

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

8. Important Notes

  • Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection upon return.
  • We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet policy conditions.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
