At Shagufaah, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase and have a seamless shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on selected products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags are attached and intact.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item is free from stains, damage, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Clearance products.
  • International orders (unless defective or damaged).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images and/or videos of the issue.
  • Our team will verify the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defective product.

At Shagufaah, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges on selected products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags are intact.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged, stained, or altered.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during clearance events.
  • International orders (unless defective).

3. Size Exchanges

If the selected size does not fit:

  • You may request a size exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
    • Store Credit
    • Exchange for another product of equal value

Any applicable price difference must be paid by the customer.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at Shugufaah@gmail.com
  2. Mention your Order ID.
  3. Provide the reason for the exchange.
  4. Attach clear images of the product.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return and exchange process.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will need to self-ship the product.
  • Exchange shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during approval.

Shagufaah is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item.
  • A defective product.
  • An incorrect item.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

7. Store Credit Option

  • If the replacement product costs more, the customer will pay the difference.
  • If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

8. Important Notes

  • All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the policy requirements.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
